The Coaching Program is designed to give you a solid structure and support system for making deep and permanent changes in your life. After analyzing an initial questionnaire, I will design a program to fit your personal needs through a combination of weekly work sessions either in-person or by phone, frequent e-mail support, homework, recorded and written materials._We will use all the personnessence system materials as part of the coaching program.

Needs assessment interviews are conducted online with participants to establish the current individual and organizational state of affairs relative to program objectives; strict individual confidentiality is maintained. This helps to establish baselines for impact of the programs. Additional phone interviews can be conducted with group leaders to evaluate which models are the most beneficial to the group as a whole.

Seminars and training models
Models can be given for 1/2 or 1-3 day training seminars. They include participant manuals and a combination of lecture, discussion, role play, exercises, demonstration, slides, and video. We offer special group and organizational rates.
